Finalists Announcement
  for AD STARS 2019

  
 

  
Congratulations to all our selected finalists. Entrants may also check the result at MY
  ENTRIES on our website.

  Though strict screening by 220 judges from 56 countries, we have selected 1,811
  works out of 20,645 entries.

  

  Please note that the materials should be sent to AD STARS secretariat for the
  exhibition at BEXCO. 

  

  
We evaluate a
  Campaign as one entry, there is only one entry number on the finalist result
  file. 

  
All entries which
  belong to the same campaign are finalists.

  check again in MY DETAIL-MY ENTRIES on AD STARS website after login. 

  

  
The recommended
  formats of the materials are as follow.


  

  
■ Form: 

  - Printing

  
• 60cm x 40cm or 40cm x 60cm
  (should be attached on black foam board.)
•​ Hardboard and any board of heavy materials cannot be submitted.


  
- Video/DVD/Interactive

  
• File format must be MP4, MOV
  (1280 by 720p High-Definition Widescreen)

  
• Please write down the category
  to show at the exhibition. If you do not indicate a category, the Organizing Committee
  designate arbitrarily.

  
• Submit DVD or USB

  
- Radio

  
• Please send us English x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-script by
  e-mail at info@adstars.org

  
• Script is needed even for radio
  ad recorded in English.

■ Notice

  - If the same entry was selected as a finalist in more than 5 categories,
  please send us up to 5 pieces for judging.

  
- The same entry will be
  exhibited in three different categories the max. Please mark ‘O’ on the entry
  information form that the category preferred to be exhibited.

  
- If you didn’t
  mark “O” on the “Preference to be exhibited”, the committee will select categories
  randomly to be exhibited.

  
- If you are mailing from
  overseas, please write “The enclosed
  is an entry for AD competition and there is no commercial value.” down in
  bold letters on the envelope.

  
- All costs and
  duties relating to mail/delivery shall be paid by the entrants.

  
- All
  submissions remain the property of A D STARS and will
  not be returned to the entrant.

  
- After
  downloading entry information as below, please attach the completed entry
  information on the back in the middle of black foam
  board. For videos, attach the information on the front of DVD.
